Module Repairs

The most common questions about exchange modules or repair of your module.

Which is better? Repair or an exchange module.

Our preference is always for repair because it preserves all the settings of the module. In this way, calibration of the machine, for example, is not necessary. If repair is not reliably possible, we can offer an exchange module. Provided it is available.

How long does it take for the module to be returned?

The moment the module arrives at us, it is normally tested and repaired within 3 working days. The processing time partly depends on the amount of information (error codes, description) that is sent.

Why can't I buy an exchange module first and then send my defective module?

It happens that there is an external cause in the machine that causes the module to fail. To prevent an exchange module from failing again, it is necessary to examine your module first. It also happens that the test shows that the module is not defective, so you will not be confronted with extra costs.

Is there a warranty on repair?

Yes, every repair comes with a 3-month full warranty. However, it is important to follow advice about possible external causes.

Can you also look for a forklift or machine malfunction with us?

No, often the search for a malfunction is too complex to carry out on location. However, we can perform diagnostics in our workshop. The possibilities are discussed in advance so that you are never faced with surprises.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order by adding the desired products to your shopping cart and paying via our secure payment page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to track your order.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within the Netherlands (PostNL):
Less than 5 Kg: € 8.20.
More than 5 Kg: € 15,00
Shipping costs outside the Netherlands, within Europe (UPS Standard):

No, we have a 100% online webshop. However, you can pick up your order after payment and request. Please note! We do not have a pin option.

Our prices are determined on the basis of quality and market analysis. We strive to offer competitive prices without compromising on quality.
We use fixed prices for our Repair service so that you will never be faced with surprises. Price for repair is determined for modules in original condition.
